The live support is a joke, players aren't being helped, the only place they can find answers and the help they need is from the forum mods. IMO they are better then the GM's ingame, the gm's don't do anything ingame. Find someone willing to help out ingame and give them the ability to do it!! I can guarantee that when the mall is opened I won't be spending a penny until the situation improves.Flag

Instead of covering up the problem why not solve it!! More active gm's are needed to help out in these events if you're not going to use an event NPC. There needs to be better organization and more active mods / gm's to assist.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Apr 14, 2007Comments: the gm's of your game have terrible organization skills, the last event they made was completely messed up, even some people who were at the place way before it didn't get their items, and some stupid people who cut in the line got the items, your gms must either get better organization skills, set up an event npc or you need to hire more gms, and respect your players!!Flag

Abuse of language, third party programs, etc is becoming common place. If action isn't taken now in the early stages then the game will fail or become a place where only the bullies can get anything done.Flag

Their discussion went on for well over 30 minutes, and I doubt that disciplinary action was taken against any of them (they eventually drifted on to talk about other things). Punishments should be issued for this kind of behavior, as it becomes a legal liability to ToP if a minor becomes exposed to it through their game.Flag
