Limit the number of bulletins from CAPS

The petition

It has come to the attention of many friends, and associates of CAPS(Charles), that the "informative" and not so "informative" bulletins you post throughout the day at work have been a tad bit overwhelming...

It has become an underlying inside joke within your circle of friends, when spammers post bulletins, they're pulling a "CAPS"

We just want you to realize...we see your bulletins, lol your just posting a tad bit too many...some of which clearly you copy and paste and it becomes no longer original material...there for less interesting.

one main reason being, people use myspace to get to know YOU, your bulletins have detoured from informing people about YOU, and just about random tidbits, rather they be considered informative or not...

Just condence them down! lol
