There are too many horses in The Grand National. 40 horses creates a domino effect when one horse falls in the race. It is cruel and results in the unnecessary death and pain of horses each year for the sake of making money and entertainment. Money can still be made by those greedy people even by halving the number of horses in the race. There is no point for asking for miracles, for the race to be banned, that won't happen. But to even halve the numbers of the race would make a huge difference. Please sign this petition and we will battle to halve these numbers, to stop as many horses dying.
