This petition has the purpose of inviting the great artist and musician Tom Waits to come to play in Portugal on a convenient moment in the future, if enough people sign this petition that will show both the artist and those in Portugal who could produce such an event that there are a large number of devoted fans in Portugal, and that if one of Tom Waits concerts in the near future were to occur in Portugal it would be a sure success.
