This is a petition for the actor Tom Waits to be cast as "The Joker" in his nextoccurrence in the Batman films. Heath Ledger based his performance on Tom Waits and while I am a huge fan of the Mark Hamill style joker from the animated series Tom Waits is the only actor to possible do the role justice after the passing of Heath Ledger because of Tom Waits being his inspiration.
