Comments: Dollar settlements with no admission of wrong doing is not enough...these are very real corporate crimes with very real victims. The evidence is there. J&J executives, and all who took part in this string of crimes adversely effecting our children's and vulnerable populations health & well being must be brought to justice. The people demand it, society is crying out for it, and now we ask the Attorney General of Texas & other states involved to investigate and bring criminal changes against the perpetrators. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Comments: The depositions of Steven Shon cantains admission of criminal behavior. The information in the trial demonstrated Janssen's criminal behavior. Please investigate...

Comments: Big Pharma can throw money at their failings...and they will continue to do so until criminal charges are brought against them and custodial sentences are handed out.

Comments: I'm french and living in France. The life of my son is definitely wasted by Risperdal. This trial should have been a model for the entire world, it's just an international shame

Comments: This is disgraceful, a public health hazard, and occurs much too often. Don't let pharmaceutical companies set public policy for their own profit.

Comments: I was forced onto Risperdal because of a questionable hospitalization and after being addicted to it for one year and a half and suffering refusal of the medical system to help me switch to a different drug - I made a suicide attempt. I gained a few more years of life only after paying a large sum of money to a doctor who then became willing to inform me that there's a newer drug on the market. This was 9 years ago. My life is still in ruins.

Comments: All countries need mandated "Dollars for Doctors"-style registers so the public can be fully aware of who is on BigPharma's payroll & can take that into account when making health care decisions.

Comments: As a medical practitioner and psychiatrist I am outraged by the unethical and frankly criminal behaviour of J&J Janssen in this matter. I strongly encourage the State of Texas to undertake a criminal investigation as the behaviour of J&J Janssen clearly warrants more severe penalty than the quite paltry, corporate bottom line speaking, penalty which has been so far applied.

Comments: These people will not stop these illegal marketing strategies until people start going to jail. They are squandering our healthcare dollars, and tax money, and, most critically, risking the health of the public (especially children and elders). Big pharma has shown in recent years its ready ability to absorb many hundreds of millions (even billions) in fines and remain profitable. The fines need to be much bigger and people who knowingly did these things should go to jail. It is racketeering in my opinion--plain and simple.

Comments: Risperal reproached. Same saga here as Eli Lilly Zyprexa. Johnson and Johnson is a trusted brand we associate with babies. Risperdal,Zyprexa,as well as the other atypical antipsychotics, are being prescribed for children, even though this is an unapproved, off-label use. An estimated 2.5 million children are now taking atypical antipsychotics. Over half are being given them for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, many of these foster children. Weight gain, increases in triglyceride levels and associated risks for (life-long) diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Lilly made $65 billion on Zyprexa! --Daniel Haszard *Tell the truth don't be afraid*
