The European court of Human Rights is INEFFECTIVE. It violates the roules which is called to protect, eg. the right for a fair hearing within a reasonable time guaranteed by the Art.6 from the European Convention of Human Rights.

Much more, the deprivation of life in special cases is not regarded as inflicted a contravention of Art. 2 from the European Convention of Human Rights which means a violation of Art. 3 from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: "Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person".

So the national authorities from Europe feel free to abuse their citizens!
