This is a petition to allow rezoning in our area for the establishment of a Child Care facility. We need to ask if the creation of such facility would create any probelms or disturbance to any of our neighbors. Based on your signature the town of carthage will make a determanation on weather or not to allow a conditional use use permit for a Child Care facility.
