It was a night when we didn't get enough advance warning because tornadoes were popping up unexpectedly. I didn't think I would survive that night. A storm shelter would have enabled me to get to a safe place immediately, and would have made a huge difference in the outcome, but many of us can't afford one. We need this program in TN. |
