I am a resident of Fayette County, TN who, given the severity of the storms during the past few years, is concerned that most homes in Western Tennessee do not provide adequate protection from high energy storms. The high cost and/or technical difficulty of personally building such a structure serve as a barrier to most residents placing a storm shelter on their property. I\'m working to change that.
