I am in support of legislation that will allow caring people who live in your district to humanely reduce the population of free-roaming cats in the City of Milwaukee. Called Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), this program is the only effective way of managing an outdoor cat population in an urban area like Milwaukee. It not only reduces cat overpopulation, but also controls the spread of disease, reduces community complaints related to nuisance mating behaviors and saves taxpayers' money. Please introduce legislation that will support TNR, Milwaukee's community members and its cats!
