Name: Carol Martin on Apr 22, 2006Comments: We've got to do more to stop these criminals from getting away, just because we ourselves originally set up legal limitations, by not changing laws to ones that will expand our abilities to help widen our legal boundaries, and punnish these criminals and murderers and sex offenders.Flag

Name: Eddie Manning on Apr 22, 2006Comments: I believe that everyone should have to submit their DNA in case anything ever happened to them. That way they would not be a bunch of John or Jane Does. May God Bless this family and help locate the killer so this does not happen to any other innocent victim.Flag

Name: Nikki Lawson on Apr 23, 2006Comments: I was friends with Johnia @ ETSU. Her,Missy, Fat and I had some great times and laughs. Johnia is a great person who had a lot of life left to live. It is a true tragedy that her life was cut so short and even more that her killer has not been found. I pray that one day justice will be served and her killer will be punished for this crime. Though it does not bring her back to live her life that had only just began. We love you Johnia and you are missed...Flag

Name: J.L. Lewis on Apr 23, 2006Comments: Gov. Bredensen- Consider this petition as a warning to all offenders of the public. The public is tired of crimes such as this murder and want offenders STOPPED. Children are the country's future- who could doubt that! Please support House Bill 2649 and Senate Bill 2651 as your public who sign this petition obviously does! Thank you.Flag
