Comments: poor service for sidekick users, my sk2 has broken down twice and they have done nothing about it, had to take it into my own hands and buy a sk3 off ebay or i wudnt have a phone at all.

Comments: The catalogue is ridiculous at the moment and msn messenger should be on the phone. Why should USA have msn when the minority use it, since most use AIM. Why should the UK have AIM when only the minority use it, most people here use MSN.

Comments: I agree with that but T-Mobile US and T-Mobile UK are not the same company the reason they have Yahoo and MSN installed is that they have a license with trhem and they are installed on every phone in the US even motorola V3 has every one of those clients but the sidekick 2 and 3 catalogues are ridiculous

Comments: I got my sidekick 2 in january 2006 and then upgraded to the sidekick 3 during december... I was told by the sales rep who sold me the sidekick and talked me out of the vario, that "yahoo and msn are coming soon" and that "by march 2007 sidekick uk catalogue will have the same applications as the usa catalogue". I maybe the fool for believing these far fetched claims... but all tmobile ever seems to do is hand out empty promises, to sell last generation hardware/software. Its madness

Comments: I have contacted T-Mobile UK about this many times, sometimes not even receiving a reply, I feel that their support in this situation is appaling, everyone in T-Mobile tells a different story about what is happening and that just isn't acceptable.

Comments: T Mobile is RUINING the Sidekick for UK users! The device has the potential to be amazing but T Mobile don't seem particularly bothered about providing a good service for their customers.

Comments: I have had my SK for almost 18 months now, its the best phone I've ever had and ideal for my uses. However I'm very disappointed with the catalogue updates. The whole time I have had the service/phone, there has been only ONE update!

Comments: I feel that if we pay a monthly fee we want to get access to aditional programs as all other phones can. It's unfair to us that we can't be as good as other phone when we are paying the premium fee
