I felt the Sidekick was the best option available UNTIL I found out it couldn't synch it's calendar with *ANYTHING* (IMPORTING is not SYNCHING)
Please, if you can't get this working immediately, get us a timetable for it. Tell us what the hold up is.
... and PLEASE don't try to make us pay extra for it (beyond our existing charge.) This is base functionality in the industry and you're LUCKY to have had us pay what we are currently for the inadequate service.
