We are contract team members hired by TMMC between March 2012 and August 2012. We were offered contract positions and were told the conditions of employment were that our starting rate was 21.91/hr and we were to receive 5% raises (of the top rate) at 6 months of employment and yearly after that. TMMC has changed the conditions of our employment drastically and we are signing this compelling TMMC to honor the contract and pay us our raises as promised.
