Name: Greg Thomas on Jun 10, 2008Comments: In order to buy tickets for a concert, play, or sporting event there usually is no choice in where I can buy my tickets. Having full disclosure of the fees at the beginning of the transaction is a start but competition is the long run solution.Flag

Name: Matt S on Jun 11, 2008Comments: i try to avoid ticket master. now gas is so high though that unless you're buying a lot of tickets, the gas costs as much as the fees if you drive to the venue to get tickets. i still would rather the gas station get my money than ticket master. why don't venues sell their own tix from a website w/ paypal payment or something i don't get it.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jun 17, 2008Comments: They over charge period. Convenience fees....they are like scalpers which are against the law in my state at least. They need to be regulated with a max fee they can charge. FCC needs to quit wasting time on morality issues and pay attention to areas such as these.Flag
