Name: Anonymous on Apr 29, 2009Comments: we oppose the current proposal for TJ afternoon depot busing. The board has to be aware that TJ students are the student body that the board should be proud of, the students are the hardest worker, to earn the hardest curriculum grades, and helped the school, the county, to get the recognization of the national #1 school. How can the county decided to do something to disadvantage students in this student body/community.Flag

Name: The Bean Family on Apr 29, 2009Comments: This forfeiture of service will be a real hardship for our family. It will seriously impact our work schedules and force us into choices that we may not want to make that will have an impact on our family or child. We children at three different FCPS schools and already have trouble meeting our logistical needs. We rely on our son being able to make his way home without adult assistance in the process.Flag

Name: Lawrence C. Hager on Apr 29, 2009Comments: We have a widely recognized world class school at TJ. Why would the county that has built up this asset jeapordize it for the cost of some of its bus transportation.Flag

Name: Craig & Harriet DuBois on Apr 29, 2009Comments: We view this change as detrimental to all working families. Many students rely on this extra leg of transportation to get home, and it would seriously impact many families. Please keep this intact in order to make TJHSST available to everyone who is fortunate to be able to attend. Thank you.Flag
