| 851 | Zak Napoleon Justin | Tivo was the king of all PVRs and still is - if only we had a new model in the UK like those in the states. Please please please let us have our Tivo back - as good as the competitors are, NOTHING beats Tivo. All hail the king!

Ian Hutton | Do it! It is what your customers want and it will kick sky into touch.
Adrian Issott | I've just found the technical specs of the V+ and I'm not going to bother upgrading to it because it doesn't support repeat or series recording.
Anthony Rose |
Filip Remplakowski | They just need to advertise it to appeal to UK residents. Much better interface than any sky box

David Bottomley | Tivo is by far the best PVR on the market Virgin Media should make their PVR based on Tivo this would give them a big advantage over Sky.

Nick King | I'm all for this.
Anonymous | I am a Tivo owner in the UK (Series 1 Thomson) as well as a Virgin customer. If this goes through, I would definitely dump my ancient Tivo and sign up for the V+ DVR. Without, I'm not even considering the option.

Gavin Barrie | I have an upgraded, network Tivo and recently got the V+ box. Needless to say i'm keeping the tivo connected to a dumb set top box as it's season pass, wishlist and search functionality are peerless. If Virginmedia replaced the V+ OS with Tivo, they'd have a huge commercial advantage, IMHO.

Chris Butcher | TiVo is the original and best PVR software in the world.
david baker |
James Randall | I used to use a Tivo (version 1) before the V+ box - have to say even this early version was the best PVR experience I have had - the current V+ is a step backwards so I would really be keen to see the Tivo software licensed on the next version of V+
john heath | The current EPG is awful compared to Sky.

Matthew Soper | I used to have Tivo and it would be fantastic to have these functions on the V+ box with virgin media
Andrew Thomson | Tivo would make Virgin far superior to Sky
A Moorat |
roy fox | Been a series one owner now for over 8 years. Its by far the best UI out there and Virgin would steal a potential 200k market of other series one owners, looking to upgrade.
Anonymous | come on virigin get tivio and get microsoft mediaroom, you are falling behind and risk losing custom
Jonathan Lapham | The current software really is awful - far too unresponsive.
| 891 | garry | about the only reason I would return to cable..
canceling my vip tomorrow as my 2 V+ boxes are atrocious |
