We, the undersigned, are totally and utterly fed-up with the appalling service and support we are receiving from Tiscali for our broadband connection and as customers believe we are entitled to a fair service, and at the very least the service we are all paying Tiscali for. We want immediate remedial action to be taken by Tiscali. PLEASE NOTE THAT A BRIEF, OR INDEED VERY BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF YOUR TROUBLES IN THE COMMENTS BOX WOULD BE A GREAT HELP. I have emailed, repeated myself to 18 people in customer ha ha support, not been contacted as promised several times and have now rejoined BT, pretty much gararenteed I will have a funtional service in tens days or at least know whats wrong, better than the odds I was facing staying with Tiscali.
