Remove any and all rules from the student handbook that forbid piercings. Because we want to express individuality, boost our confidence in ourselves, and feel independent. I believe I speak for most of the people in my school when I say ,"we want freaking piercings!" I'm not saying that everyone should have tons of piercings because not everyone wants them. And I fully understand it does become a distraction at a certain point. But you've gone to far by taking them away completely. I think a minimum of three piercings is enough to meet the needs of the above items and not hit that point of " a distraction." -Caleb Hutchison 7th. Grade BMS
