Timothy Harold Jones, Petitioner, comes into to this honorable court, asking the Court to grant him custodial custody of his son Timothy Jakob Jones for the following Reasons. 1. Amanda Jo Jones Bass, respondent, and mother of Timothy Jakob Jones our son has given up custody of our son to Claudie Cochrun, Eastwind, Artesia, New Mexico, mother of Amanda Jo Jones Bass. The minor child has lived approximately with Claudie Cochrun for the past three years. However, Amanda Jo Jones Bass still lives and maintains a home at 3825 Fleetwood, Carlsbad, New Mexico. Timothy Jakob Jones goes to his father’s Timothy Harold Jones after school and stays until Claudie Cochrun picks him up or has Timothy Harold Jones drop him off at her residence in the evening time. During the time at his father’s house Timothy Jakob Jones does his homework, but when he goes home to his nana Claudie Cochrun, she calls petitioner and states that said minor child lies to her about having homework.
