It has come to my attention that our society may reach a time where we must travel into the future or past to gather information that may be vital to the human race. The funding provided for the research will be used to create a device, study paradoxes and explore different times. However to ensure that history is not changed in any way to effect todays society a law shall be passed WHERE AS humans can not alter anything through forms such as murder, or introduction of future technologies.
