I truly hope that you will get the permits that you need, I live in Edmonton now but I grew up in Ontario. I have a son who enjoys many outdoor sports and there are not many safe places for kids to play. I think that it is important to keep these places alive. | 4816 | Anonymous | BMX tracks are a useful tool to teach kids the enjoyment of outdoor activities. In a country where the obesity rate amongst children is rising, it would be ridiculous to close down yet another, safe fun "park" when in actual fact the governments should be building more facilities...not closing the already established ones down. Our town (Squamsih, BC) just got it's 1st track last summer and the whole bmx community is flourishing. With men and women into their 30's 'beginning' to enjoy this fantastic sport with their whole families!
