Comments: Mike Ilitch is a hypocrite. He says he has no money to invest in the Tigers. I don't think so, not as long as he continues to spend lavishly on the Red Wings. When Mike Ilitch bought the Tigers, they had an interesting team, some marquee players, and they played in a beloved stadium. Now they have none of that. Major League Baseball should give Ilitch two choices. Either invest in your team, your farm system, your scouting staff, sign free agents when necessary, and cease from encouraging asinine trades. Alternately, sell the Tigers.

Comments: I love the Tigers more than anything in the world, and I hate seeing my Boys lose year after year. I also hate seeing all our good players in other teams' uniforms! It's Ilitch's fault that the Tigers are so bad. Just stick to hockey, you penny pincher.

Comments: We need the respectability. The Tigers have had a lot of tradition. As one of the original American League franchises the fan's deserve better.

Comments: .... This Nova Scotian loves the tigers as well. It must be especially painful for Trammel given he was part of a good team in his day. Sell the team and bring the glory back to Detroit. Sell them to the Pistons!!!

Comments: Before we start praising the Tigers as 2008 World Champs--it would be nice if they would win a game. April 8th and they are already OUT of it.
