As condo owers we require the proper documentation explaining the added increase of $41.00 per month till Dec 2014. So far we have only received the last two years of expenses. We would like a more detailed break down to show why this additional $41.00 is required. The only outside updates we have noticed is the roof was redone and the fancy new light and mailbox. Also the decks are all deteriorating as they are almost 20 years old. Most of us work and have families so the commitee meeting are just sometime not convenient to attend. But we are still intitled to a say in what is done. Here are a few names of condo owners not in agreement with this decision.
