I would like to implement a tier system forpeople who have 1-2, 3-5, 6-more felonies.Thereare many people who have served their time in the department ofrehilibations and corrections. and for first time felons, their hurdles are just as hard as someone who has had 3 or more felonies(Career Criminals), which is not right. The tiers systemwould forcepeople comming out of prison to do cirtan things depending on their crime and their frequency of repeating the same type of crime. For example, for 1-2 time felonies they would be forced to be onP.R.C. fora period oftimepredetermined by the courts as well as regester with an employment agency for training and possiblejob placement. Now possibleemployeers need to be given tax breaks, cheaper insurance, and overall protection in order to facilitate the continued rehabilition of people comming out of prison.
