Comments: We would like to strongly support the petition. Tian-Fu has brought a lot to Wellesley and many families. It is a very family friendly place and Mrs and Ms Chen are very friendly to children. This kind of environment is very important for a family-oriented town like Wellesley. Both our children (one in WMS and one in Hardy) feel very sad when they hear Tian-Fu might have to close. We always teach children if one works hard and be nice and helpful to people, one is likely to succeed. They have observed that Mrs and Ms Chen have worked very hard since they knew them. The children have learned good moral from them. Now seeing that Tian-Fu might have to leave Wellesy will be hard for them. It would be wonderful if effort can be made to make Tian-Fu stay in Wellesley.

Comments: I sincerely hope that Whole Foods Corp. will make good on it's value to be active and responsible participants in the communities in which they are located. Tian Fu is a family run business which should not be forced out of its current location to accomodate a larger Whole Foods store. Wellesley needs Tian Fu and other small businesses of it ilk.

Comments: I wholeheartedly support this petition and the owners of Tian Fu Restaurant who have worked so hard for so long to provide us with a warm and welcoming atmosphere...and great food! My college age daughter does not think a visit home to Wellesley is complete without at least one trip to Tian Fu. We do not want to lose this wonderful establishment!

Comments: I am a long time customer of Tian Fu and urge you to do whatever it takes to be sure that they can stay in there current location. Their presence would only be an asset to Whole Foods. Tian Fu is a small business that deserves every consideration. Their philosphy for freshness in their food and a wonderful family atmosphere is an important part of the Wellesley community.

Comments: Tian Fu has been in Wellesley for 18 years providing original and fresh food. They are consistent with Whole Foods philosophy in that Li Chen has created a menu which features fresh and healthy Chinese cuisine, not American-Chinese but genuine, delicious cooking.

Comments: I have eaten at this restaurant several times. The food is amazing - the best Chinese food I have had - and the people who run it are wonderful. It would be a shame to lose such a fine establishment in Wellesley. I hope that this restaurant is not another sacrifice to corporate business. Whole Foods started out with a heart. I shopped there often when it started out in Cambridge, MA many years ago. Then, it became a corporation..... overpriced, without the caring, knowledgeable staff it once had.
