I hereby object to the broadcast operation of FM Translator Station W293BU in NYC on 106.3 FM.  The signal of that operation will reach into the NJ marketplace and interfere with my ability to receive Thunder 106 (106.3 FM), licensed to Eatontown, NJ.

I am a regular listener of Thunder 106 both in my home as noted below and while driving in Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset, Union, Hudson, Essex, etc.  I am also particularly concerned about the effect of Station W293BU’s operation on my listening in the following cities: Bayonne, Jersey City, Newark, Harrison, Hoboken, and Kearny, which are commuting regions for me.

During my daily commute, I routinely listen to Thunder 106 (106.3FM) in those communities as well and the introduction of another signal (W293BU) that would interfere with my listening on Thunder 106 is something I object to and have thus signed this Petition as noted below.
