I am writing this petition to show the members of Thrice, a band who has changed my perspective on music and life in general, how much they are loved and respected by their fans, friends and families. Music is a passion, an art, a love. If you know the history Thrice, then you know the evolution this band has gone through. You know the hardships they have overcome. You know how the music was always put first, even if it meant getting off a label and making less money or playing smaller venues. This band has continued to evolve as each new album has come out. As a musician, their music has had a deep impact on my writing and playing style. As a person, I have a huge appreciation for them. They use their music for the better. Whether its raising funds and awareness for The Invisible Children or creating something that people can relate to, this band has always put the music and others including fans first. I don't believe that Thrice will break up. They are one of the few bands that have had the same members from the start, including family members. This petition is just to simply show Thrice how much they are appreciated and respected by people around the world.
