Comments: IOC (Spirit of Sport) and WADA fail to convince society at its rational dopingpolicy. And questions asked are not scientifically answerd. And opposition will be excluded. Plans are athletes to be banned to go to court. Is that the spirit of sport we are proud of?

Comments: I completely agree with you, about there is a corruption in the ITF and the WADA and their way of dealing with doping, and in Martina Hingis' case. In the past few years we sow many athleats confessed that they were doping in their career although there tests results was negative! but I think that's because the doping policy in sport (specialy in tennis) is so bad, as what you can find in this site: www.tennishasasteroidproblem.blogsprot.com. I think they must put a law that can not allow to the cheaters to return to sport befor they say from where they got the drugs! but the big problem that the sponsors is roling the sports now, and the sports journalism does not talking about the facts of doping in sport and they did not enlighten the fans about the doping policy in sport.

Comments: I hope this leads to greater oversight of the people administering the tests and makes them accountable for cross examination, unlike the case of Martina Hingis. With people's reputations at stake these "faceless" persons should be as scrutinized as the athlete's they are testing.

Comments: I have worked in bioorganic chemistry with extensive use of HPLC chromatography including work on nanolevels to detect trace amounts of synthetic by-products of peptide synthesis. The raised issues are very important and I support the above proposals. The threshold levels and analysis accuracy are to be set relevant to exclude accidental contamination taken as alleged use of banned substance.
