    Comment and SHARE: My 3 broadband has been so slow for the last moth or 2. I regularly do speedtests which come up with a ping of about 800 or 900 download speeds of 0.09mb/s and upload speeds of 0.15. Sometimes its so slow that speedtest.net will not even work. I want a refund bigtime

    Comment and SHARE: the service is very up and down,the morning time is better but not alot. night time is the the time i want to use internet more so ,but it is very slow. Rang india( which i think is disgraceful as regards the amount of people on the dole over here looking for work) Sorry for digressing but had to put in that bit... And they said its because there is more people using it . so am i to give up using it at night as there is too many people on it .Anyway i could go on and on but i think you get the message. thats why i am signing
