In the light of recent judgements that sentenced two young men to four years imprisonment for expression in writing on facebook that has been viewed as incitement this petition is to express the view that expression of thought in writing is a fundamental right that a free society in a democracy should have. That no person expressing a thought in writing should be held accountable for the actions that others do or do not take as a result of reading that writing. That in a free society our actions are from independant choice that we as individuals have a right to be responsible for. That one person's thoughts cannot be held responsible for the actions of others.
