Parole in Victoria, Australia should be reviewed because it is an issue that involves the safety of the state and the whole of Australia. It is an issue that has become very well known issue to the public since the tragic murder of Jill Meagher in 2012. The lovely irish woman was murdered by Parolee Adrian Ernest Bayley. If the Parole Board had reviewed the terms of Parole on which Bayley was being realised he may not have been let out on Parole and Jill Meagher could have still been alive today. Offenders should not be realised early from prison and put on parole its unfair on the public.
