Hans Tholstrup, Danish-born Australian visionary, pioneer, and futurist, has been nominated for the Zayed Future Energy Prize - Lifetime Achievement category.
Hans is a legend when it comes to solar cars, with his early Quiet Achiever trek in 1982 and the founding of the World Solar Challenge in 1987. He has since made numerous contributions to future energy issues including hybrid electric vehicles and planting over one million trees for the generations to come.
