However, it is clear that many many people are quite the fans of The Steve Miller Band's catchy blend of Californian blues based rock. Therefore, it is my proposal that Ed should change his name to Steve. He may also like to consider trying to throw a few lyrics into interviews: Paxman: "Your position of foreign policy has been criticised by many as protectionist" Steve: "Well Jeremy, people say I'm doin wrong, doin you wrong, well don't you worry baby, don't worry, cause I'm right here, right here, right here at home" I think its an election winner.
