Retention of the Lamlash Youth Centre

This petition is to retain the youth facilities that exist at the Lamlash Youth Centre in Lamlash, Isle Of Arran. This facility is key to the development of young people on the island as it plays host to many groups and activities. Some of the activities are Art Group, Band Practice, Film Factory and the Arran Youth Forum. Many of these groups require specialised equipment which is kept in the centre and nowhere else on the island has this equipment. The island's young people need this centre to remain actuve in their community and stay out of trouble. Please sign this petition so we can keep this vital facility.

6 years ago Comments: Every common good property in Scotland is at risk because of the following:- AN OUTLINE OF A FRAUD, CONTEMPTUOUS OF THE COURT OF SESSION PERPETRATED BY STIRLING COUNCIL, DEPENDANT ON THE STATUTORY PLANNING SYSTEM AND THE BLIND EYE ENDORSEMENT OF THE SCOTTISH EXECUTIVE. THE SCOTTISH EXECUTIVE ARE COMPLICIT BECAUSE THEY NEW OF THE ACCUSATION, THEY HAD/HAVE THE ABILITY TO STOP IT BUT HAVE REFUSED TO CONSIDER CONTEMPT OF COURT BY A CIVIC AUTHORITY, FRAUD BY A CIVIC AUTHORITY, ABUSE OF A STATUTORY PROCESS BY A CIVIC AUTHORITY, CONTEMPT FOR SIGNIFICANT LOCAL PUBLIC OPINION BY A CIVIC AUTHORITY, ABUSE OF POWER AND PROCESS OF PLANNERS IN A CIVIC AUTHORITY AND THE CONTEMPT FOR NATURAL JUSTICE. The Planning System was abused not only by the blind eye and deaf ear of the Scottish Executive ignoring accusations of fraud being the enabling factor and the planning system being the sole means of delivering success for that fraud but by Stirling Council's blazon contempt for Planning probity in so much as complaint or observation made in response to the statutory advertisement was/were ignored in advance. It was asserted by Stirling Council and the local councillor with a categorical nature for months in advance that the redevelopment would go ahead. Complaints about falsehoods and deception etc. were ignored. If fraud was committed to enable redevelopment then CLEARLY THAT FRAUD COULD NOT SUCCEED WITHOUT THE SUPPORT OF THE PLANNING PROCESS. Probity cannot, by definition, be founded on illicit foundations. The accusation of falsehood, deception and omission of material facts I make against Stirling Council are not complex. Stirling Council was asked about finances available to it regarding possible restoration of the Museum Hall. Stirling Council misled the court and omitted material evidence regarding the pivotal issue of finance available to the council. It is inconceivable that a Stirling Council Executive representing the corporate body of the council who was warded the CBE, after success in court on behalf of Stirling Council, for excellence could possibly, therefore, be unaware that the legal position regarding liability and the legal position regarding responsibility is Corporate and those departmental services and/or their budgets are not responsible or liable It is inconceivable that a Stirling Council Executive representing the corporate body of the council who was warded the CBE, after success in court on behalf of Stirling Council, for excellence could possibly be unaware, therefore, of the existence of Stirling Council
