    Comments: I am writing in support of The Point given that it is under threat of closure. I believe that it is an excellent event bring the LGB community closer together. I travel from Swansea to attend this event and enjoy the live music very much. It has an fantastic atmosphere and I hope that negotiations can be reached to keep this running in the future.

    Comments: The Point is a 'one of a kind' place that comes along every once in a while! It's really independent and different! It's what makes Cardiff special as a great place for watching live music and a rare treat for a club! It’s perfectly situated in the Bay! A true gem!

    Comments: The Point has been a great supporter of interesting and inspirational music from Wales. As BBC Radio Wales' new music presenter I know only too well how few decent music venues there are in Wales. The Point is one of the few. It would be a travesty to close it.

    Comments: I'm sorry but the council must have more to worry about than The Point's noise level and as the Bay is a particular tourist and cultural hot spot,the neighbours should be aware of that before they move there. The Point is a positive part of the music scene in Cardiff and is different than the venues in the city centre for live music with its variety. Save the Point!
