| 6078 | Vaughan Gething | I do think there are salutary lessons here for planners when approving mixed use resdiential applications and applications for residential property near other business venues, especially where producing noise is an intrinsic part of the business. Cardiff could and should have venues like the Point if we are serious about porttraying ourselves as a vibrant modern European capital. |

We will lose so many great artists coming to Cardiff if the point closes its doors due to some halfwits buying over priced property at the bay, and why did the council grant the constuction next to this beautiful building,and did they not think of the noise levels during gig nights? or did they think that if we have complaints we can allways shut the point and maybe build flats there |
