I live in Miami Florida and I am extremely anxious already for the premiere of this movie, and last I heard was that Mel Gibson had cancelled the movie due to so much controversy Is there anyway that anyone can contact me to have accurate and updated information I'd really appreciate it.Flag

Name: Karen on Jan 14, 2004Comments: I don't know much about the "The Passion of the Christ", but I have seen the trailer. I think you have done a wonderful thing. I pray that God overshadows this movie and any other movies you make about God and His Word. God bless you. I believe this movie will lead a lot of people to Christ. Jesus spoke in parables to the multitude, but to his disciples, he spoke plainly. The multitude can't understand the mysteries of God. They understand parables easier. Today, instead of parables, we have stories/movies/novels. God loves movies. God loves for His story to be told.Flag

Name: Ann Lormand on Feb 5, 2004Comments: I am so very proud and happy someone of Mel Gibsons' status in Hollywood is brave enough to do what he feels if right despite what the rest of the world may be doing. In the words of St. Augustine..."Wrong is wrong even if everybody's doing it, and right is right even if nobody's doing it." Now someone is doing right. Thank you God and Thank you Mel Gibson. May the Heavens sing your praises so everyone will hear! ! ! Ann Lormand Knight of the Immaculata since 1997Flag

Name: Bijoy Joseph on Feb 23, 2004Comments: THe movie is excellent, true to the Gospels and not anti-Semitic except to those who are critical of the Gospel in te first place. Basically you can read whatever you want into it, if anything it is a few Romans and Jews of the time and the whole of humanity who are shown as villains in this movie, not a particular creed or race.Flag
