I have been privileged to support them for past two years and the expansion they are proposing is essential to their continued existence.I urge you to consider their Planning Appication sympathetically.Flag

Name: Gary Usborne on Jul 22, 2010Comments: I'd like to hear Chorley Borough Council's reasons for rejection. We're only hearing one side of the story here. Irrespective of that, I fully support the work that Rainbow House are commited to. It's something very close to my heart so I would hope that the the revised plans are sympathetically reviewed by the council.Flag

Name: Gary Such on Jul 22, 2010Comments: The revised plans put forward by Rainbow House should definitely be approved by Chorley Council. It would be a crying shame if the land was kept for waste rather than benefiting the lives of so many young people who are so much less fortunate than those who sit in judgement. Please allow this development to continue, not just for the benefit of the users, but also for the benefit of those who will be employed to turn the plans into reality.Flag

Name: Anthony Pierce on Jul 22, 2010Comments: I have visited the proposed site and seen the plans. There is nothing in them but good. They do not despoil the rural setting either short term or long term. The planned disability accomodation lodges are few in number and would blend in very well with the countryside. Objections based on access and increased traffic volumes are quite groundless.Flag

Name: Beryl Richmond on Jul 22, 2010Comments: Why are the planners at Chorley Council rejecting the plans for Rainbow House? Rumours are never true and are usually started due to malice or ignorance. You need to justify and provide evidence as to your reasons for rejecting these plans, and let the general public, not gossip mongers judge your actions.Flag

Name: Ian Oultram on Jul 22, 2010Comments: Helping children with brain disabilities and injuries is a good cause and should not cause anyone living locally any difficulties as it isn't a public leisure facility. I hope the planning decision is reversed. Hopefully some sense and compassion will be allowed into the application process.Flag
