This is a petition against Greenwood County, SC for getting away with the wrongful slaying of Daniel Phillip Chapman Jr. They justified his death because he had a "prior" record but they could not justify why they felt it neccessary to repeatedly shoot him 21 times with shotguns including in the head and shooting his left hand off saying he had the gun in that hand when he was right-handed. Witnesses also state that he never fired a gun but simply ran. He was portrayed as some monster while the real monsters got praised. This could be your son, brother, or friend and the real criminal could get away to unless we do something about this.
