Please help me set up a dog park in Chester U.K. An area specifically designed for dog owners to excercise their dogs off their leads in a completely fenced and safe area. Understandably, due to the dangers of canine related diseases being contracted by humans; (mostly as a direct cause of irresponsible dog owners; in failure to clean up after their pets), areas where dogs are allowed to be exercised, are ever decreasing. I passionately believe it time to create a compromise between these two sectors and to offer a fair and sensible alternative to the dog owning public, by way of creating an area for the sole use of dogs and their owners. Lots of parks etc, are fencing off areas for children to play in, when it would be much more sensible to make the enclosed areas for dogs and their owners. In most parks, dogs are only allowed a few meters walking space on the very perimeter of either football pitches or playing fields and of course none of these are completely enclosed.
