| 1219 | Frances Booth | The common place is a fantastic place that fascilitates learning, supports vulnerable groups, promotes social and political engagement and it would be a crying shame if you denied it the means to support itself by perminantly removing its liscence. Its a socially responsible enterprise and Leeds would be a poorer city if it looses it. Please reconsider your decision. |

There are so many clubs where the only purpose is for young people like me to go, get drunk, behave in an antisocial way and make a mess of the city centre, whilst lining the pockets of the owners. This place is completely different - why would the council not support an endeavour to create a real social community in a city centre that has so few places for people to really get to know their neighbours? |
