Hey, I'm pretty sure the British have the same problem as us Americans- no wi-fi on the highways. Since I'm too lazy to type out a meaningful, powerful, emotion-filled speech, i'll just put it like this:
The Doctor is smart, therefore him, Stephen Fry, and another British smart person should team up. Why? Because of boredom. You see, internet on the highways needs to exist. There.
