i am petitioning the state law for child support act .ther is no reason why i as a parent should be held accountable for my childs other parents short coming i feel like the state is using my money to allow her to be and under acheiver it basicly lets her accept anything because she knows that i will have to make up for her short coming the fact that i have to take care of my child is not and issue the fact that buy law she get to bring home more of my salary than i do is i think she should have to show where the money goes the fact that she has utility and rent payments shouldnt be a factor and nor shoild her income since these are things that she would need anyway and this is the income she chooses to earn .
