Last Thursday a young boy was placed in handcuffs for eight minutes because he has a sickness called APHD. I think! Upset and unruly.

If a child must be detained. They should be dealt with by a Woman officer and the only restraints should be to place on the "child "He or She" is made to sit in a chair or made to stand in the corner of the school class. Not for any reason to be placed in handcuffs by a large man who has no idea of how to treat children. This could stay with the child for years and stop their interactions with other people and could hold the child back in everyday life.

Let the children dance because the police forgot how to dance.
