Filaree Road is not maintained my the Town of Silver City or Grant County, yet they use the road like a super highway. Big dump trucks, trash trucks and regular trucks speeding thru and tearing up the road and public owned equipment. I/We propose that they do not use our road at all. At the same time I/We believe if they do continue to use then they have to maintain the road on a monthly basis or will be billed for maintence. Upon aggreeing to maintain the road for their use, if they go above the posted Slow speed, they will be reported to their supervisors and/or law enforcement. If they do not agree to maintain the road then I/We as residents of the Privately maintained road, shall install all or some of the following;private road signs not a thru road, speed bumps and/or gates at our own expense in any manner we see consievable.
