Argument: by reclassifying literary hoaxes as fiction, we will 1) expand the canon of fictions available to us and 2) find ourselves suddenly provided with a whole host of new forms for use in future fictions.

When I've collected a million signatures, I intend to alert the Library of Congress to this petition. They will have no choice but to bend to the public will!
