Decision made by The Spring JMC to switch off lighting at multi-storey carpark at night for saving in electricity bills at The Spring Condominium was not discussed with the majority of The Spring Condominium or any notice posted to the residents on the action to be taken.

Basically the respective party who made the decision to turn off the lighting at carpark building at night should have presented the assessment of aspect and impact to the majority together with projection cost analysis on RM saving versus compromising security and safety of The Spring Condominium residents. It is all about working together to collaborate and make good things happen. One of the important role of our community is to aid in creating a conducive living community atmosphere

Security and safety of The Spring Condominium residents and its inhabitants CANNOT be compromised by anyone including respective The Spring JMC team for the sake of few ringgit of savings in electricity bills. There are many other ways or means of savings but security and safety MUST not be an option!
