I, the undersigned, commit, bli neder, to not speak (except in cases of genuine emergency) to anyone other than Hashem while in shul during services on Shabbos Shuva at the BAYT (Shabbos Shuva this year is on Sept. 6-7, the day after Rosh Hashanah).
